itsthesheet provides tools for route planning, map workflows, exports, and related account features. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us promptly of unauthorized account use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans renew on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• Trials, pricing, seats, and plan limits are described on the website and may be updated.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (for example, Stripe).

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, violate law, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5A. Optional Schema Telemetry

The app may offer an optional telemetry setting that, when enabled, sends limited schema metadata from uploaded spreadsheets (such as file type, header names, and row counts) so we can maintain compatibility with evolving formats, including Yellow Sheet changes and future Green Sheet support.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the service, website, software, and branding are owned by itsthesheet and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Feedback

If you submit ideas or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback to improve the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, itsthesheet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
