Unless otherwise noted, the itsthesheet website, app code, visual design, text, branding, and logo are owned by itsthesheet and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. Third-Party Software

itsthesheet uses third-party open-source software. Their respective licenses apply to those components.

3. Data and Map Attributions

Map and geospatial layers may include data from OpenStreetMap contributors and BC public geospatial sources (including parcel-related datasets) depending on the workflow used.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their own downstream use of exported data and maps complies with the applicable provider terms.

4. Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe content hosted or distributed by itsthesheet infringes your copyright, email hello@itsthesheet.ca with:

Your contact details
A description of the copyrighted work
The specific URL or material you believe is infringing
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
A statement that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act

We review notices promptly and take appropriate action, including removal where required.
